Resolution in Conflict

Those who are wise and mature realise that there is always an outcome from conflict, being positive or negative. In the case that the impact of a conflict could be negative for one or both parties, they recognize and discuss the impact of what could take place from the conflict, which is why they later agree to process what is going on. When people understand the possible effects of a conflict, regardless of differences, two parties tend to agree to cooperate for the greater good. Furthermore, there are many examples in the society where we’ve seen that people who have great differences come to a resolution for the greater good because they recognize that nothing good can come out of their situation and they must put their differences aside.
