Subway lives up to their slogan: "Eat fresh." Since the key difference in their company from other fast food restaurants is the healthiness. To 'eat fresh' implies that eating healthy fresh foods is much better than consuming unhealthy foods from their competitiors, such as: McDonalds, Burger King, Wendeys and more. Subway has a competitive advantage in the fast food market, because they present an easy way to eat healthier, and you can mannually operate the food that you desire. Furthemore, being able to see and chose what food is going into your body made right in front of you, gives Subway's customers a feeling of reassurement with their food.
